Acromag's latest PMC-AX module offers advanced, customizable analog I/O solutions designed for embedded systems. It features a dedicated FPGA based on Xilinx Virtex-II technology, equipped with 24,000 logic cells, allowing for complex signal processing tasks. The module supports an input sampling rate of up to 65MSPS, all handled by the FPGA without involving the CPU, making it ideal for high-performance applications such as sonar systems, satellite downlink controllers, automatic test equipment, and simulation instruments. Priced around $2,500, it operates reliably within a wide temperature range of –40°C to 85°C.
The PMC-AX module is available in multiple FPGA configurations, including 1M, 2M, and 3M gates, corresponding to 12K, 17K, and 24K logic cells respectively. These FPGAs come with built-in high-capacity memory and fast interface capabilities, enhancing their versatility for digital signal processing (DSP) applications.
Optional peripheral components include a 4-channel 14-bit ADC with sampling rates of either 20MHz or 65MHz, and a 2-channel 16-bit DAC operating at 900kHz. The PLX PCI 9056 controller provides efficient 32-bit 66MHz bus control along with dual-channel DMA support, ensuring seamless data transfer between the FPGA and the host system.
The board includes 1MB of dual-port RAM for efficient data storage and 2MB of flash memory for storing FPGA configuration code. Additionally, it features 1Mb of internal FPGA memory for use as FIFO buffers during A/D and D/A conversions.
To facilitate development, Acromag provides an Engineering Design Kit that enables users to write and load VHDL programs into the FPGA, as well as set up DMA transfers between the FPGA and the CPU. The company also offers a DLL driver package compatible with Microsoft Visual C++ and Visual Basic, simplifying integration into Windows-based applications. For real-time and embedded systems, Acromag supplies C libraries that support VxWorks, QNX, and other operating environments, making it a flexible choice for a wide range of industrial and military applications.
Introduction to screwdriver tool set
The car repair screwdriver tool set is a precision tool set designed for vehicle maintenance, electronic equipment disassembly, interior adjustment, etc. It includes multiple types of blade heads, handle designs, and auxiliary accessories, suitable for screws of different specifications (such as cross, straight, hexagonal, star, etc.).
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Advantages of screwdriver tool set
Comprehensive compatibility: covering over 90% of screw types (interior, electronic, mechanical components) in automobiles.
Precise operation: The slender blade or extended rod can reach concealed positions (such as car lights, ECU modules).
Efficient and labor-saving: The ratchet design reduces wrist fatigue, and the magnetic blade head prevents it from falling off.
Strong durability: S2 alloy steel or chrome vanadium steel blade, wear-resistant and crack resistant.
Portable storage: Compact toolbox or elastic strap design, easy to carry with the car.
Anti static/Insulation: Some sets include insulated handles, suitable for in car circuit maintenance.
