Recently, according to the notice of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the project “New Generation Time Frequency System†applied for by Zhang Shougang, a member of the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has received funding from the National Special Scientific Research Equipment and Equipment Development Program.
As a pilot project, after a multi-stage review of pre-trial, site visit, financial audit, defense review, and post-comprehensive review, the country’s major scientific research equipment and equipment development special projects first funded nine projects.
