On November 16, Jiangxi Sanyi Power Generation Co., Ltd. officially built a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed expansion project, which will enable the company to have domestic 100, 200 and 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler units, which will become China's circulating flow. According to reports, the circulating fluidized bed boiler power generation technology is a clean coal-fired technology developed in the 1980s with high technology content, low environmental pollution and good comprehensive utilization effect. It has a large combustion adaptation range, large load regulation range, and economic benefits. Good, simple process, easy to master, and easy to promote. In the same year, it was designated by the State Economic and Trade Commission as a large national Circulating fluidized bed boiler demonstration base. In September 2004, Fenyi Power Plant started construction of the first domestic 200 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler generator set, and successfully connected to the grid on June 7 this year.
In view of the fact that the plant has accumulated experience and trained the team in the construction, operation and management of 100 MW and 200 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler units, the relevant national departments will also make the first domestic 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler unit. Construction is placed in the plant. The first domestic 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler to be expanded by the plant will be jointly developed by Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute and Harbin Boiler Factory, and has independent intellectual property rights. The construction of the project will not only help to improve the level of design, manufacture and operation of large-scale circulating fluidized bed boilers in China, promote the localization of higher-grade similar boilers, but also lay a foundation for the construction of large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler demonstration bases in China. A firm foundation has greatly enhanced China's international competitiveness in the boiler technology.
According to reports, due to the rich practical experience accumulated in the national large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler demonstration base of Fenyi Power Plant, China has independently developed more than 20 units of the same type on this basis, and has extended the technology to Vietnam and other countries. Before the foundation of the 300 MW unit of the plant, Premier Wen Jiabao also signed an agreement with the Vietnamese government to help Vietnam develop circulating fluidized bed boiler power generation technology.
