2 MW direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine came out soon

In September 2007, China's first 2 MW direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine was put on the label of “Xiangtan Manufacturing”.

In the first half of 2008, Xiangtan Electric Group will provide 33 sets of 2 MW direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbines in batches, which will be sold to Fujian and Inner Mongolia respectively. The total contract value is now over 100 million yuan.

As early as the beginning of 1995, Xiangtan Electric Group took the lead in the development of 230 kW wind turbines in the Dagu Wind Farm in Xinjiang, China, and successfully tested the machine once. At the beginning of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, the group company listed the wind power industry as a key development plan, and first introduced the 2 MW direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine complete machine technology, and became the MW-class wind power industrialization of the National 863 Program. The research base is included in the China's Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission approved China's megawatt-class wind power equipment manufacturers.

In the first half of 2006, Xiangtan Electric Group and Japan Hongyuan Co., Ltd. jointly established “Hunan Xiangdian Wind Energy Co., Ltd.” with a total investment of 330 million yuan. In January of this year, the company built a wind power assembly base in the Xiangtan (Germany) Industrial Park in the high-tech zone of Xiangtan City, covering an area of 300 mu, with a total investment of nearly 700 million yuan. At the same time of completing the “Improving Large-scale Motor Production and Supporting Capacity” technical transformation project with a capital of 200 million yuan, it also invested 270 million yuan to build a megawatt-class wind turbine manufacturing base in the original factory area and cooperated with Hunan University to form engineering technology. Research center.

Up to now, the “Xiangdian Wind Energy” industry has undertaken a supply contract for complete sets of equipment for 2 MW direct-drive permanent magnet wind power generation units of more than 1 billion yuan, and also holds dozens of supporting wind power asynchronous motors. contract.

The wind power project planned by the company is mainly to develop core technologies such as permanent magnet and composite excitation wind power generation system with independent intellectual property rights. Zhou Jianxiong, chairman of Xiangtan Electric Group, said at the Staff Representative Conference: "According to the expected target, by 2010, Xiangtan Electric can form 500 sets of key components and 300 MW wind turbines. It is expected to be in the 21st century. Xiangtan Motor will definitely write a brilliant page for the wind power industry."

Zinc Alloy Die Casting with Tumbling have a good surface roughness, strength and elongation, Which are widely used in a variety of ornaments, such as furniture, accessories, door handle ,architectural decoration, bathroom accessories, lighting parts, toys, tie clips, belt buckles, various metal buckle and so on,they are required a good surface treatment performance.

Zinc Alloy Die Casting with Tumbling have their own purposes, need to meet the performance requirements.
(1) mechanical properties, tensile strength, when the material fracture resistance;Elongation, brittleness and plasticity of the measure;Hardness is the resistance of the material surface is pressed into a hard object or friction caused by plastic deformation.
(2) state of the working environment: temperature, humidity, media contact with the workpiece and air tightness requirements.
(3) precision: accuracy and dimensional stability can be achieved.
