3. The production and business operation entity shall establish a system for reporting accident hazards and reporting incentives to encourage and motivate employees to identify and eliminate potential accidents and encourage the public to report. Those who have found, eliminated and reported potential accidents should be given material rewards and recognition.
4. The production and business operation entity shall conduct quarterly and annual statistical analysis on the inspection and control of accidental hidden troubles of this unit, and submit written statistics and analysis to safety supervision and supervision departments and related departments before the 15th of the next quarter and January 31 of the next year respectively. table.
5. Production and business units shall strengthen the prevention of natural disasters. For hidden dangers that may lead to accidents and disasters due to natural disasters, they should be investigated and treated according to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, standards, and regulations, and reliable preventive measures should be taken to formulate emergency plans. When receiving natural disaster predictions, they shall promptly issue early warning notices to the subordinate units; where natural disasters may endanger the safety of production units and personnel, they shall take evacuation personnel, stop operations, and strengthen monitoring and other safety measures, and promptly The local people's government and related departments report.
6. If there is no action plan for accident hazard management, major accident hidden dangers are not reported, or failure to report in a timely manner, the safety supervision and supervision department will give a warning and impose a fine of less than 30,000 yuan.
7. Intermediary organizations that undertake inspections, inspections, and safety assessments and produce false evaluation certificates, if they do not have enough criminal penalties, confiscate the illegal gains.
