These systems can be fully automated or require manual activation, but they are still classified as centralized lubrication systems. They typically fall into two categories: oil systems and grease systems.
Oil systems are commonly used for stationary equipment like CNC machines, while grease systems are ideal for mobile units such as trucks, mining, and construction machinery. A standard system includes a controller/timer, pump with reservoir, supply lines, distributors/metering valves, and feed lines.
