The working process of drilling and unloading drill pipes

2. The lifting motor is then actuated to lift the slewing gear and stop the lifting action when the pneumatic jaws of the slewing gear pass over the upper end face of the secondary drill rod.
3. Turn on the rod-sender motor and place the drilling machine's secondary drill pipe in the rotation center of the drilling tool.
4. Start the rotary air supply mechanism so that the gyrator rotates forward and slowly downwards, and the auxiliary drill pipe is screwed into the drill pipe joint of the rig.
5. Activate the rod holder and lift the bottom of the secondary drill rod. Then lift the secondary drill pipe up a certain distance so that its lower end leaves the bowl feeder bowl.
6. Return the rod feeder. Then start turning and lifting the motor, so that the sub drill pipe is turned down while rotating. After the main and sub drill pipes are screwed down, the supporting bar is put down to complete all the tasks of the bar.

1. First raise the drilling tool and stop the drilling tool lifting until all the secondary drill rod retracts to the outside of the hole and the upper wrench of the main drill rod reaches the position of the chuck.
2. Hold the main drill pipe with a card. When the rotary motor is started and the gyrator is reversed, the upper part of the auxiliary drill rod can be detached from the main drill rod because the pneumatic claw catches the upper part of the auxiliary drill rod.
3. Support rod lifter. Raise the secondary drill rod a certain distance so that the lower end surface passes over the bowl feeder bowl.
4. Put the rig boom conveyor into the center of the slewing center, then lower the rig's secondary drill pipe and place it into the lower arm support bowl.
5. After the lower end of the secondary drill pipe is stuck in the bowl, reverse the gyrator and remove the secondary drill pipe from the gyrator.
6. Lower the lifter and return the lifter to the storage position. Lower the rotary air supply mechanism so that the gyrator is screwed to the main drill pipe.
7. Finally, lift the main drill pipe and impactor to the outside of the hole to complete all the unloading tasks.
