At the beginning of this year, polypropylene workshop staff relied on scientific and technological progress to optimize the installation process, and in the full implementation of the “safety, stability, long, full, and excellent” operation of the device, deepened the standard work, carefully compared the advanced equipment level, actively looking for gaps, and thinking about countermeasures. The implementation of a number of energy-saving techniques, pay close attention to energy saving work. In the work, the workshop focuses on management and technical energy conservation, clarifying management responsibilities, clearly stipulating energy-saving targets, and increasing assessment of energy conservation and consumption reduction to ensure the smooth progress of energy conservation and consumption reduction. The workshop focused on the actual conditions of the circulating water and steam consumption of the condensate recovery tank. After the demonstration of the technical renovation of the condensate recovery tank, the workshop decided to reconstruct the condensate recovery tank from the outlet of the condensate pump to the steam tracer. The pipeline of the plate, in place of the low-pressure steam of the steam tracing plate, can reduce the condensate temperature of the condensate recovery tank and reduce the amount of circulating water. On the other hand, it can reduce the amount of steam and reduce the energy consumption of the device. After the successful technological transformation, the hourly steam consumption drops by more than 200 kilograms, and more than 1,700 tons of steam can be saved annually. This measure can reduce the overall energy consumption of the device by 0.93 kilograms of standard oil per ton of polypropylene. For this reason, according to the production conditions of the polypropylene device, the workshop decided to disable one set of steam tracing trays with unit No. 700 in isolation. At the same time, 10 sets of high-efficiency steam traps were replaced on the site for one set and two sets. The energy-saving effect reaches the best condition.
