Ultral High Temperature HTF 380
Ultral High Temperature HTF 380(-14℃~380℃)
Armcoltherm 380 ultral high temperature HTF,which is an advanced liquid phase heat transfer medium distinguished by its exceptional thermal stability. This product was specifically engineered for utilization in applications requiring heat transfer at temperatures reaching up to 380°C (720°F).
Key Performance Advantages:
1. High Temperature Stability: Ideal for high temperature heat recovery tasks where maintaining fluid flow at low temperatures is essential.
2. Cost Efficiency: Implementation of Armcoltherm 380 in high temperature heat transfer systems can lead to substantial savings in capital expenditure. This is due to minimized needs for freeze protection and reduced pumping energy costs at cooler operating conditions, compared to alternative high temperature solutions.
3. Non-fouling Characteristics: The formulation of Armcoltherm 380 is meticulously designed to prevent the accumulation of low boilers and to eliminate the possibility of insoluble high boilers causing system blockages or inefficiencies. Ensuring proper system design and operation within the defined limits of maximum bulk and film temperatures can guarantee dependable system performance.
In summary, Armcoltherm 380 offers a robust solution for high temperature heat transfer systems, combining superior thermal stability with cost-effective operational benefits and a minimized risk of fouling, thus enhancing overall system reliability and efficiency.
