1. Where is your location?
We are located in Qingdao City, China, close to Liuting Airport. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach our company.

- Pattern: 30–45 days after order

7. New Product Development Process:
Tooling & sample order with 50% deposit → Meeting with relevant departments to set schedule → Design patterns, fixtures, and gauges → Purchase mold steel → Machining → Inspection → Send sample with inspection report
8. How long is the manufacturing lead time?
Mass production: 90 days after sample approval. Includes shipping time. Special arrangements can be made for urgent needs.
9. What are the purchasing terms?
We usually offer FOB and CIF (Carriage, Insurance, and Freight). CIF includes freight to your nominated sea port. Local costs and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We can provide shipping advice if needed.
10. What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are negotiable. For long-term customers, we offer improved terms. Initially, we require 50% of the tooling fee in advance, with the balance upon sample acceptance. Production orders can also be negotiated. We prefer 50% deposit and the rest via T/T before shipment. Sometimes T/T 30 days after shipment is acceptable.

12. How long does it take to ship goods by sea from China?
Approximately 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week for customs clearance, totaling 6–7 weeks. 2 weeks to the US East Coast and 3 weeks to the West Coast. All sea shipments leave from Qingdao Port.
13. How long does it take to ship goods by air from China?
Approximately 7 days to major destinations.
14. Can we visit the factory for an audit?
Yes, we welcome factory visits by prior arrangement.
15. How do we ensure client confidentiality?
