In August 2011, domestic commercial vehicles produced 276,216 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 8.03%, a year-on-year decrease of 9.22%, and sales of 285,911 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 8.52% and a year-on-year decrease of 6.40%. From January to August, the cumulative production of commercial vehicles was 2,645,299 vehicles, a cumulative decrease of 7.16% year-on-year; cumulative sales were 2,765,358 units, a cumulative decrease of 4.81% year-on-year.
From the perspective of the production and sales of specific models, in August, passenger cars produced and sold 34,730 units and 34,190 units respectively. From January to August, the cumulative production and sales volume reached 247,030 units and 255,248 units, a cumulative increase of 11.35% and 12.21% year-on-year; trucks produced and sold 183,144 units and 188,100 units respectively. From January to August, cumulative sales and sales of 1,183,926 vehicles and 1,854,170 vehicles decreased by 4.07% and 2.36% respectively year-on-year; semitrailer tractors produced and sold 20141 and 21,223 vehicles respectively; from January to August, cumulative production and sales amounted to 163,881 vehicles and 17,500 vehicles, a cumulative decrease of 33.76% year-on-year. And 29.86%; 7356 and 7669 buses were sold incompletely, and 53,802 and 55,154 were cumulatively sold and sold in January-August, a year-on-year increase of -3.10% and 0.34% respectively; 30,845 vehicles and 34,729 non-integrated trucks were sold and sold respectively. Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles' overseas export sales volume increased by 12.7% year-on-year, and overseas business showed a good development trend.

Dongfeng Liuqi still maintained its strong growth momentum. Accumulated sales exceeded 90,000 units in the first eight months of the year, a year-on-year increase of 42%. Among them, Dongfeng Liuzhou Auto's MPV sold more than 7,000 vehicles in August, an increase of 157% year-on-year.
