The ethylbenzene unit of the plant uses ethanol as a raw material to replace the traditional ethylene raw materials. The reaction process is coupled with an ethanol dehydration reaction and a benzene alkylation reaction, and has a low reaction temperature (360° C. to 380° C.), a low reaction heat effect, and a bed layer. Low temperature rise, high selectivity to ethylbenzene, and low production of polyethylbenzene. The catalyst uses a water-resistant catalyst developed by Dalian University of Technology to ensure the high performance and long life of the catalyst under high partial pressure of steam. The styrene unit adopts a low-water ratio energy-saving process and is an independent technology for the first industrial application. The designed water ratio is 1.2~1.35, the design pressure of the reactor system is 54~38kPa, the conversion rate is 64%, and the selectivity is 97%. In order to ensure the reliability of the reactor system, a patented reactor, a patented reheater, and a patented triple heat exchanger are used in the design. Under full load, the actual production data is much better than the design data. At the reaction temperature of 610°C to 615°C and the actual pressure of the reaction system at 50 to 38 kPa, the reaction conversion rate reaches 68%, and the selectivity is 97.0%. The dehydrogenation liquid styrene The content reaches 65%.
