The 50,000 ton/year nitrile rubber project of Ninghan Kashunze Rubber Co., Ltd., located in Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone, has been basically completed, and preparation work before the drive is under intense tension.
As the largest nitrile rubber manufacturer in China and the largest nitrile rubber plant with the largest single-line production capacity in the world, the project has introduced the nitrile rubber production technology developed by the Russian Lebedev Synthetic Rubber Research Institute, and has successively won the National Specialization of the Ministry of Science and Technology against Russia. The international science and technology cooperation funds of 10.18 million yuan and the Ningbo Municipal Science and Technology Bureau's international cooperation funds of 5.09 million yuan are the items that the city has received the largest amount of international cooperation funding.
Ningbo Shunze Rubber Co., Ltd. is jointly established by Shandong Zibo Huikaifeng Chemical Co., Ltd., Shandong Qilu Petrochemical Construction Co., Ltd., and Shandong Zibo Longji Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. It is a professional large-scale nitrile rubber production enterprise. The project relies on Zhenhai Refinery's 1 million-ton ethylene project, which consumes about 35,000 tons of butadiene annually.
