Green Vitality Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, starting from a small tooling workshop in Chang'an town. With over 25 years of experience in custom tooling and injection molding, we have grown into one of the leading manufacturers of large plastic injection molds globally. We operate under a modern business management system and follow the ISO 9001:2008 quality guidelines. Our advanced production techniques, state-of-the-art equipment, and dedicated team enable us to deliver high-quality molds and plastic parts tailored to your needs.
We serve a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, household appliances, industrial products, and beauty equipment. Each year, we produce more than 400 molds, with most being exported to countries such as the United States, Germany, France, Turkey, and Italy. Factory Profile:
Our facility spans 6,000 square meters for mold making and 8,000 square meters for injection molding. We employ 160 people, including 20 engineers, 65 mold makers, and 60 injection molding technicians.
Factory Capacity:
We can produce up to 40 molds per month. The maximum mold size is 3200x2200mm, and the heaviest mold weighs up to 25 tons.
