The machine's two ends are fitted with high-precision conical center fixing ball bearings (K model), ensuring smooth operation and stability. A T-type groove is set on the workbench, making it easy to move the front material rack and secure short down dies. The back gauge support of the CNC hydraulic press brake is attached to the machine, increasing the maximum width and stability during processing. A manual pump is installed inside the wallboard, allowing for easy operation and ensuring proper lubrication of key components. The hydraulic system includes a pressure back function, which automatically returns the slipper when the pressure reaches a certain level. The numerical control system of the CNC press brake uses brands like DELEM, ESTUN, and Hong Kong SanYuan, and is equipped with imported servo motors and ball screws for precise control.
