2. Equipment advantage
1. Fine workmanship, high precision, reliable quality, beautiful appearance.
2. Accurate dosing for each raw material. Starch mixing tank uses stainless steel, with long service life and low corrosion. The foaming agent reserve tank is made of stainless steel. Foaming system adopts domestic advanced technology - Dynamic and static foaming system, ensuring the finished board is lightweight, good bending strength, and cost-saving.
3. The cutting machine uses dual-serve motor, only 1 mm gap between cutting saw, saving cost.
4. Drying system: using heat conduction oil furnace as heat source, hot oil will be exchanged to hot air by fin type heat exchanger, then hot air enters drying room through fan, to work together with heat conduction oil pipe to dry gypsum board. There are three drying zones, can perfectly finish the drying curve, avoid over-burning or not dry enough. This technology is environmental, energy-saving, high thermal efficiency, easy to control.
5. High electrical automation degree, low failure rate, fewer workers.
6. Forming system: forming belt 14mm thick, can improve the flatness of gypsum board. Wet board cutting machine uses frequency conversion code cutting technology, so can ensure the length tolerance to be mm.
