A serious collision occurred in the 23500 block of Rt. 47 in Saunemin, Illinois. A semi-truck and a van were involved, and both vehicles caught fire. One person from the van has been confirmed deceased. Emergency responders from Saunemin, Cullom, Pontiac, and Odell arrived at the scene to handle the incident.
