The total power loss of the servo pump controlled injection molding system is mainly composed of two parts:
1) Power loss of the motor, which mainly includes copper loss, iron loss and mechanical loss of the motor. This part of the loss is generally unavoidable, and only high-performance motors can be used to reduce losses.
2) Power loss of the hydraulic system. Thanks to the servo motor plus variable pump control system. This loss does not include throttling losses and overflow losses, but only volume loss and mechanical transmission losses due to leakage of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the total power loss of such a system is small and has a good energy saving effect.
