Although some domestic leading enterprises have made substantial progress, compared with foreign advanced enterprises, the core technologies and independent development capabilities of domestic enterprises are still weak, with high-end products and intellectual property risks. The scale of enterprises is small and the product structure is unreasonable. Blind investment in some areas has increased the imbalance in the allocation of industrial resources. These are issues that deserve to be considered by the entire industry, especially the industry management.
