1. Application

The SP-75/180 PE compound with CaCO3 granulating machine is specifically designed for high filler masterbatch, soft PVC, and rigid PVC applications such as pipes, wires, and more.

The first stage is a TSE twin-screw extruder without a die. It utilizes the combination of barrel and screw to effectively melt, compound, disperse, and deagglomerate thermosensitive materials like PVC under low pressure conditions. The second stage is a single-screw extruder (SJ) that ensures steady melting, compounding, and strand formation due to its lower rotational speed, preventing overheating.
