Two Stage Extruder Machine for Large Capacity Extrusion Line
1. Application
The SP-75/180 PE compound with CaCO3 granulating machine is specifically designed for high filler masterbatch, soft PVC, and rigid PVC used in pipes, wires, and other applications.
2. Features
The first stage is a TSE twin-screw extruder without a die. Through the combination of barrel and screw, it can effectively melt, compound, disperse, and deagglomerate thermosensitive materials like PVC under no black pressure conditions. The second stage is an SJ single-screw extruder. Due to its lower rotational speed, it ensures steady melting, compounding, and strand formation, preventing overheating.
