Main tape transportation system safety operation procedures

Underground mine production is a complex system engineering. It requires the cooperation of multiple types of work to extract ore from the underground. It is a high-risk industry. In the production process, it must be strictly operated in accordance with the regulations, and it is impossible to take pictures and save shortcuts. Based on the experience of the mentality, therefore, the workers of all types of work must be proficient in understanding and mastering the safe operating procedures of this type of work, and consciously apply to the work, in order to avoid accidents as much as possible.

Main tape transportation system safety operation procedures

1, before the class inspection

1) You must wear a protective protector before going to work, and it is forbidden to work after drinking.

2) Comprehensive inspection of equipment transmission, electrical parts and protective devices.

3) The operator of the main control room is responsible for the on-site inspection and communication personnel of the tape transportation system to conduct the intercom communication, and perform the opening, stopping operation and operation monitoring according to the communication information to ensure the normal operation of the system.

2. On-site inspection of the transportation system before starting

1) Check the respective main transport belt, the feed belt, vibration drawing machine, in addition to whether or not electromagnetic devices each iron reducer motors predetermined lubricating the lubrication points, the oil level reaches check the indicator line.

2) Check whether the electrical signals, instruments and control devices are sensitive and reliable, and whether they are hit to the remote driving position according to the regulations.

3) Check all transport tapes, feeding tapes, vibrating and concentrating machines, electromagnetic iron removers, anti-skid, anti-running deviation and whether the auxiliary facilities are intact, and check whether the working voltage is within the rated range.

4) Check if there is any defect in the roller along the line and whether the core roller is flexible.

5) Check if the cleaner is in good contact with the belt working surface.

6) Check whether the motor, reducer anchor bolts and mechanical couplings are tight and must not be loose.

7) Check whether the monitor and each camera are working properly and verify that the underground intercom communication system can talk normally.

8) After the inspection is completed and normal, the person in charge of the on-site inspection informs the operator of the main control room. “The inspection of each tape is completed, everything is normal, and it can be turned on.” The main operator responds “OK, ready to start.”

9) The on-site inspection personnel and the operator of the main control room are not clear, and the mutual confirmation is not allowed.

3. Preparation before the main control room is turned on

1) Prepare the transfer record book required for this position and confirm the record book at the startup site.

2) Check whether the operation of each control system is normal, and whether the communication with the PLC controllers of the whole system is normal, otherwise communication will be carried out.

3) Whether the lighting is intact or normal, and each monitor displays whether the screen is normal.

4) Check whether the working voltage of each power system is normal.

5) After the control system is ready, use the monitor to check whether the whole line is normal.

6) Use the intercom communication system to communicate with the on-site and ground on-site inspection personnel to confirm the on-site inspection. After the system is normal, notify the on-site inspection personnel to “start up immediately”, and the on-site inspection personnel should immediately select the safety station. Bit, waiting for the system to start.

4, start

1) The equipment of the system is normal, the whole line is clearly monitored, the communication is in place, and the confirmation is clear before driving.

2) The transportation tape of the whole system should not be started frequently under the condition of load. When verifying the electronic belt, the interval between each start is not less than 10 minutes.

3) When the system starts, the on-site inspection personnel should monitor whether the various tape motor control systems are normal. Otherwise, they should be restarted after shutdown.

4) On-site inspection personnel should check whether the transmission roller, reversing roller and idler are flexible. If there is any roller that cannot be rotated, the roller should be shut down and then turned on.

5) Under normal circumstances, the starting current must not exceed twice the rated current. If it cannot be started, the cause should be identified and the hidden danger should be eliminated before starting.

6) After the start is completed, after each tape runs normally, the chain button set on the control system is put into operation in time to ensure that the transportation system is in the chain control state.

5, operation management

1) The material on the tape should not exceed the transportation capacity of the system tape machine. The flow rate should be controlled below 600t/h, and the feeding amount should be kept even.

2) The attention of the operator in the main control room should be highly concentrated, and the operation of each equipment on the whole line should be observed frequently, and the on-site inspection personnel should maintain frequent contact.

3) During the operation, the on-site inspection personnel should always check the belt scale, electromagnetic iron remover, electrical components, instrumentation, anti-slip device and ancillary facilities; check whether the equipment has abnormal sound; check the temperature of each bearing, oil pump and motor Whether it is normal; check whether each reducer, motor end cover, ore concentrator has oil leakage, and whether the rotation speed is even during operation. If there is any abnormality, stop the inspection and restart the machine after troubleshooting.

4) When the system is running, no one is allowed to approach the rotating parts of the tape system. In an emergency, the on-site inspection personnel can use the on-site control box to switch on the emergency stop and notify the operator in the main control room before troubleshooting. After the processing is completed, the field control button is placed in the "automatic" file, and the operator in the main control room is notified to perform the power-on operation according to the program.

5), the main control room operator at any time by using monitor observes vibration drawing machine, the hopper mouth, whether there is congestion guide trough, found large, bolt, the metal net should be stopped, and notifies the on-site inspection Personnel handling; the on-site inspection personnel must notify the operator in the main control room before handling the fault, and put the on-site control button in the “manual” file before the fault can be handled. After the processing is completed, the on-site control button is placed in the “automatic” "File, notify the operator in the main control room to perform the boot operation according to the program.

6) It is strictly forbidden for personnel to enter and exit under the hydraulic tensioning device of the belt conveyor.

6, stop

1) When the conveyor is stopped, all the materials on the belt conveyor should be unloaded before it can stop.

2), shutdown sequence: the opposite of the boot sequence.

3) After the shutdown is completed, the interlock button set on the control system is released.

4), cut off all power, and do on-site sanitation cleaning and maintenance.

5) It is forbidden for people to walk on the tape. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to climb over the tape.
