First, the precautions before starting:

4. Check whether the locking pressure is uniform and maintain automatically, and eliminate the damage that may be caused by the movement of the adjustment sleeve during work.

5. Whether the hoses between the hydraulic station and the crusher are unblocked and meet the adjustment of the rotary adjustment sleeve to ensure that the pressure of the push cylinder and the lock cylinder can meet the needs of the normal operation of the crusher.

6. When turning on the gear oil pump, check that the direction of rotation of the oil pump and the reading of the pressure gauge reach the pressure required by the crusher.

7. Open the fuel tank cap and confirm that half of the oil in the return line flows back to the fuel tank. Otherwise, stop the pump immediately and check whether the oil pump, oil filter, pipeline and safety valve are in good condition.

Second, the precautions during operation:

1. The crusher stops under load (power off, car), and the crusher cavity must be thoroughly cleaned before restarting the crusher.

2. Before manually cleaning the wedge between the rolling wall and the broken wall, the power must be cut off and the motor locked.

3. During the clearing process, do not place your hand on the spring set or the gap between the support sleeve and the frame, and do not place any part of the body between the lower fan-shaped plate and the frame flange.

4. When removing bismuth iron, preventive measures must be taken. It is strictly forbidden for people to enter the crusher cavity to operate with sledgehammers, smashing rods, long steel pipes, etc.

5. When using the thermal cutter, you must wear labor protection products and ensure good ventilation.

6. The oil level is on the line and the oil level is off the line. If an alarm occurs, it should be stopped immediately. Only after the cause is found can the machine be turned on.

7. When the crusher is in normal operation, it is necessary to observe and listen carefully, and find that the abnormal sound immediately stops, and report the team leader in time.

Third, other matters needing attention:

1. When the liner is worn and decided to be scrapped, mark on the adjustment sleeve funnel, record the exact number of locking positions, determine the wear of the liner, and ensure the correct time for the next replacement of the liner.

2. The locking cylinder should be lifted by lifting equipment, and the lifting process should be slow and careful.

3. When the adjustment sleeve is in the crushing position and the pressure relief position, the grease is always injected evenly to ensure that the adjustment sleeve rotates freely in the support sleeve.

4. Clean the dust and debris in the gap of the heat exchange sheet in time to improve the heat exchange and cooling effect.

5. Do not disassemble the oil pipe or wipe it while the oil station is in working condition.

6. Check the cooling consumption at any time and add it immediately.
