Experts believe that the fuel pump cover is damaged, which will lead to fuel leakage and even cause the vehicle to catch fire. The above two companies decided to take recall measures to eliminate the hidden troubles. At the same time, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine will organize supervision of this recall activity. If vehicles outside the scope of the recall are found to have similar safety hazards, or the recall measures cannot effectively eliminate the defects, the producers will be required to recall them again or take other enforcement measures.
