At present, the balance flowmeter has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, natural gas, and water treatment industries.

(4) When measuring the gas flow, the difference is The pressure transmitter should be installed next to or above the pipeline under test so that the accumulated liquid can easily flow into the pipeline. (5) When measuring the steam flow, the differential pressure transmitter should be installed under the pipeline under test so that the condensate can be fully charged. Pressure tube. Special attention should be paid when measuring steam or other high-temperature media, to prevent the temperature of the differential pressure transmitter's contact medium from exceeding the limit temperature used by the transmitter.
Temperature, pressure transmitter installation requirements
1. When measuring superheated steam medium, temperature integrated transmitter and pressure transmitter must be added for dynamic compensation. When measuring saturated steam media, pressure transmitters must be added for dynamic compensation.
2. When measuring natural gas and gas media, pressure transmitters must be added for dynamic compensation, and transmitters with safety barriers and explosion-proof devices must be used.
3, measuring the hot water medium, need to have a heat display, you must add temperature integration transmitter, otherwise you can save the temperature integrated transmitter.
4. The temperature integrated transmitter is installed on the pipeline under test. The top of the temperature probe before the 5D pipe segment or the 2D straight pipe segment of the flowmeter must be re-balanced to insert more than half of the pipe diameter at the top to ensure the measurement accuracy.
5, Differential pressure transmitter pressure pressure point, must balance the flow meter before the first 5D straight pipe section or after the 2D straight pipe outside the installation of switching valve. For the installation of temperature integrated transmitters and pressure transmitters, the requirements of this system can be met as long as they comply with the general installation specifications. Commissioning and operation

After installation according to installation principles and procedures, check whether all equipment, pipelines, valves, connectors, wires, terminal blocks, signal plugs, etc. are complete, correct and reliable before system commissioning, and whether pipelines and equipment are clogged or leaked. Whether there is connection or error with the signal connection point, short circuit, disconnection, poor contact, etc., can be debugged after checking and confirmation. The debugging steps are as follows:
1, pressure tube discharge:
(1) Open the pressure check valve on both sides of the balance flow meter (Note: The valve must be fully open);
(2) Close the positive and negative pressure valves on both sides of the three valve group and open the middle balance valve;
(3) The positive and negative pressures on both sides of the pressure tube shall be valvelessly opened to discharge the pollutants. Clean the impulse tube.
2, pressure tube condensation:
(1) When there is enough condensed water in the pressure pipe, the positive and negative pressure valves on both sides of the three valve group can be opened (the balance valve in the middle is still open), so that the condensate water enters the differential pressure change respectively. The transmitter is in the positive and negative pressure chamber. Since the condensate accumulation requires a certain amount of time, the differential pressure transmitter's display value will not be accurate, and the condensate will completely fill the entire measurement system (including the pressure sensor, pressure tube and differential pressure transmitter. After the negative pressure chamber), the differential pressure transmitter's indication is normal (it takes about 2 hours).
(2) Close the drain valve and allow the medium to naturally condense in the pressure pipe until the entire pipe is full of condensate (approximately 4 hours).
3, differential pressure transmitter exhaust:
In order to ensure that the residual air in the positive and negative pressure chambers of the differential pressure transmitter is removed, the exhaust gas on the positive and negative pressure chambers of the transmitter is exhausted.
4, differential pressure transmitter zero:
a) Close the discharge valve on the positive and negative pressure chambers of the differential pressure transmitter.
b) Close the positive and negative pressure valves on both sides of the three-valve bank (the middle balance valve is still open). (See below)

Note: Zero pressure transmitter note:
(1) Do not confuse or mistake the zero adjustment screw and the span adjustment screw. Do not perform differential pressure transmitter adjustment at the installation site;
(2) When the transmitter is zeroed, the positive and negative pressure chambers and the pressure pipes on both sides must have the same temperature. If there is a temperature difference between the two sides, the adjusted zero point will drift over time;
(3) If the transmitter uses the transmitter for positive and negative migration compensation, zero adjustment should be made in the smuggled state. If the amount of migration is too large, migration compensation cannot be performed on the differential pressure transmitter.
5, flow measurement:
The positive and negative pressure valves on both sides of the three-valve group are opened, and the middle balance valve is closed to enter the measurement state.
