PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

1. The bend-arm (C-axis) is electrically driven. Clamp die and pressure die are hydraulically operated.

2. Carriage (Y-axis) is driven by a servo motor. Collet (B-axis) rotates via a servo motor, while the grip mechanism is hydraulic.

3. A mandrel retraction unit is included. A standing pedestal provides emergency stop and remote control functions.

4. Equipped with a water-cooling system for efficient heat dissipation and immediate error diagnosis.

5. A foot pedal ensures safe start-up of the machine.
6. This fully automatic pipe bender uses a PC control system that is more advanced than PLC, with two servos for rotation and feeding.

7. The touch screen panel supports English language display, offers pre-set bending degrees, and allows dialogue-based operation. It can be operated in manual, semi-automatic, or full automatic mode. A portable pedal switch includes start and emergency stop functions. Multiple axes work simultaneously.

8. Bending, rotating, and feeding operations are all automated.

9. One-button program backup is available via USB, disk storage, or internet. Bend data and tool management is done through standard text files on the control PC's hard drive. The PC can also be integrated into the machine, and an Ethernet adapter is provided. The number of tools and products is practically unlimited. Product and tool files can be easily edited (even on a separate PC) and printed out.

10. A security code protects data settings and selected operational features.

11. Access to historical bending settings helps in studying malfunctions with one set of tools.

12. All parts of the hydraulic system, control system, driver system, and display system are imported from renowned brands, ensuring high precision, efficiency, and suitability for mass production.

13. CNC fully automatic, with cubic space bending equipment. The entire bending process is automated.
